About Laurie

Laurie Skerski brings over ten years of yoga and mindfulness practice to her teaching. Drawing on breathing and meditation techniques to ease stress and anxiety, her approach blends gentle movement with mindful awareness.

Laurie’s classes in Hatha and Restorative Yoga encourage balance, calm, and connection — while also building strength and resilience to the stresses of the world around us. She creates inclusive, grounding spaces that support wellbeing and invite students to carry that sense of calm into daily life.
