Gentle Yoga: Spring Series

These thoughtfully designed classes offer a quiet, supportive space to slow down and reconnect with yourself - away from the busyness of life, held in the peaceful surroundings of nature.

A space to soften and breathe

A Sunday reset in the peaceful surroundings of the farm. Each session is an invitation to step out of the pace of daily life and into a calmer rhythm — where breath, movement, and rest work together to nourish your body and mind.

  • Each session is thoughtfully curated to feel grounding, easeful and supportive.

    You can expect:
    • Slow, mindful movement
    • Gentle stretching and joint mobility
    • Guided breathwork to settle the mind
    • Restorative stillness and deep relaxation

Equipment is provided, however feel free to bring any props or equipment to make you feel more supported and comfortable.

  • Gentle yoga is widely recognised for supporting nervous system regulation, improving sleep, easing physical tension, and reducing the effects of stress.

With regular practice, many people notice a calmer mind, improved mood, and a deeper sense of balance in daily life. These sessions are an opportunity to reset — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This is yoga as a practice of care, not performance.

  • This space is especially supportive if you:
    • Long for a softer, more nourishing practice
    • Are new to yoga or returning gently
    • Are experiencing stress or mental fatigue
    • Feel stretched by modern life or family demands

A short intro to the classes

Sessions are guided by Laurie Skerski who brings a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to teaching, shaped by her own journey with stress, anxiety, and learning how to regulate the nervous system in everyday life.

Benefits of Practicing Regularly

Yoga is most supportive when practiced regularly. While each class can be enjoyed on its own, many students find the greatest benefits come from returning week by week and allowing the practice to unfold over time.

Overall Contentment

Through repetition and familiarity, your body and mind learn how to access calm more easily — and the benefits begin to extend beyond the mat into everyday life. This continuity is where the quiet transformation happens.

Anxiety & Stress Relief

Many students notice subtle but meaningful shifts with regular practice — a steadier response to stress, more awareness of when rest is needed, and slower, deeper breathing in challenging moments. This can support a greater sense of presence with yourself, your work, and your family.

Breath Awareness

Simple, guided breathing practices are woven throughout each class. These techniques help settle the mind, soothe the nervous system, and create space between action and reaction — giving you tools you can return to anytime life feels full.

Mind-Body Balance

Each class is thoughtfully paced and intentionally structured to support your wellbeing. Rather than pushing or striving, you’re invited to move with awareness and self-compassion — helping you build a kinder, more supportive relationship with your body and mind.
