Booking & Cancellation Policy

My intention is to keep classes calm, fair, and supportive for everyone. As spaces are limited and lovingly prepared, this policy helps ensure fairness for all participants and allows the course to run smoothly.

  1. Before the Course Begins

  • Your full payment reserves your initial place for the duration of the selected course.

  • If your plans change, you’re welcome to cancel up to 7 days before the course begins and receive a full refund.

  • Within 7 days of the start date of the course, the payment becomes non-refundable as your place has been lovingly reserved.

  • Please contact me if you wish to cancel.

2. After the First Class

  • If after the first class you feel the course isn't right for you, there is no obligation to continue.

  • Simply let me know you do not wish to continue within 24 hours of the first class, and a refund will be issued to you for the remaining unused sessions.

3. Missed Classes

  • As this is a small group course, missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred. Thank you for understanding that your place is reserved for you each week.

4. Teacher Cancellation

  • If ever I need to cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a replacement class or suitable alternative will be offered.

5. Exceptional circumstances

  • In cases of illness or emergency, please reach out and I will always do my best to be fair and supportive.

6. Minimum numbers

  • Courses run with a minimum number of participants. If a course cannot go ahead, you will be offered a full refund or transfer.
